The account asks for documents
Record the verification level, document request and current submission state. An upload error, a rejected document and a received submission waiting for review need different follow-ups. Do not assume a fixed 24–72-hour deadline applies to every operator.
The casino guides below explain the published differences: Gamdom’s levels, Duelbits’ KYC and AML stages, Rollbit’s follow-up threshold and Rainbet’s method-specific requirements. These are help guides, not measured failure rates.
The request exists but the payment is missing
First ask whether the request is internal, sent, cancelled or rejected. A blockchain hash can locate a crypto transfer after it is sent; an Interac payout may instead need email or processor checks. Keep the original currency, request time and reference.
A payment made to the casino but absent from its balance is a deposit issue. Keep that payment separate from a later withdrawal so support can trace the correct transaction.
The website mentions a Steam offer
Compare the request with Steam’s offer history and the item’s status. Save an offer ID if one exists. For an absent offer, describe what you expected and which website record shows the request. For an accepted offer, check the correct game inventory.
A protected CS2 item can be in your inventory while temporarily unavailable for another transfer. That differs from never receiving an offer. Use the dedicated CS2 guide for the protection rules and the TF2 or Rust guide for those inventories.
