Start from the item request
Record the item name, request reference, request time and status shown in your Hellcase account. Then open Steam’s offer history yourself. If no offer matches, report that specific mismatch rather than saying the item has disappeared from every system.
The live account flow was not tested for this article. The former StrikePot claims of instant-to-five-minute delivery and a fixed support response time were not backed by the reviewed documents, so they have been removed. A support case needs the actual records from your account.
If an offer exists, preserve its current state
Record the offer ID and whether it is pending, expired, cancelled, declined or accepted. Compare the recipient and items before confirming any action. An unexpected replacement offer from a private-message account needs a separate security check.
An accepted offer should be compared with the correct CS2 inventory. If the item is present but restricted, record the item’s notice. That is different from a withdrawal request that never produced a Steam offer.
Check protection separately from delivery
Hellcase’s operator blog published on 30 July 2025 discusses the CS2 Trade Protection update. It is an operator explanation, not a guarantee that every withdrawal completes or that an item can immediately be transferred again.
The Steam guide below covers the protection rules; use the current notice for the actual item. Do not assume that enabling an authenticator removes every account restriction or that a CS2-specific protection rule applies identically to TF2 and Rust.
Send one clear support packet
Keep the request and offer references together, with timestamps and the exact error. Reach support from hellcase.com or its official blog navigation; the reviewed operator blog links to hellcasesupport.com, which requires account authorization. No support login was attempted here.
Ask whether the request is waiting internally, whether an offer was issued and which reference identifies it. Share only the information required through the verified channel. Do not publish a full trade-URL token or give a helper your password, authenticator code or recovery code.
