Roobet Verification Pending: Check Your Level 2 Submission

What the current level-two guide actually says

Roobet’s official article dated 23 July 2026 lists a passport, driving licence or government-issued identity document, and directs uploads through the account’s verification settings. It describes front-and-back screenshots and says compliance reviews submissions daily and contacts the player when more information is needed.

The article does not give a guaranteed completion deadline for an individual account. The former StrikePot timetable of minutes, hours and fixed review categories was unsupported and has been removed. Read the request shown to your account instead of assuming a time based on the amount you withdrew.

Identify the submission state

Record whether you cannot open the uploader, receive an error before submission, have a rejected document, or have a submission awaiting review. Keep the exact message and time. These are different problems; repeatedly uploading the same document does not identify which one applies.

If there is a rejection reason, address that reason. If the flow fails before receipt, ask support whether it has any usable submission. Do not copy another casino’s ID-photo instructions: formats accepted by different verification processes can differ.

Ask what remains required

Write the account’s displayed verification level, submission time and last request from support. If a withdrawal is also pending, give its own reference and status separately. Ask whether your submission was received, which requirement remains open and when to follow up if there is no update.

Use the route reached from roobet.com or help.roobet.com. Keep identity documents within the confirmed verification channel. There is no need to send a password, one-time login code or recovery code to establish submission status.

Keep the case record

Retain the ticket reference, the original request and the operator’s reply. If support supplies an estimate, record which step it covers. The article does not promise approval, a payout or an explanation of the operator’s internal review.

Do not open a replacement account or add a payment to troubleshoot verification. If you want to restrict account use while waiting, Roobet’s official account-help collection includes limits and self-exclusion; ask its support if that route fails.
