Keep both records before changing anything
Save the casino order number, selected method, amount, original currency and payment time. Then retain the sender’s reference and exact status. A pending debit, a completed payment and a refunded payment need different follow-ups.
A screenshot of a lower bank balance does not by itself identify the casino order. State the mismatch clearly: which payment completed and which deposit failed or remained uncredited.
Use different evidence for fiat and crypto
For a bank or provider payment, keep the casino order ID and bank or provider reference together. Ask whether the payment was received, returned or awaiting reconciliation. If a return is reported, request its reference and destination.
For crypto, keep the hash, network, asset, destination and confirmation state. Match them with the deposit instructions for that order. A transfer can confirm while the platform’s crediting step remains unresolved; a transfer on the wrong network is a separate problem.
Ask about the original payment
BC.Game’s reviewed deposit guidance separates payment confirmation from the balance update. Its site-specific guide below explains the evidence packet for that service. The same record-keeping approach is editorial advice here, not a claim that every operator has the same recovery procedure.
Sending again creates another transaction. It does not resolve the missing record. Continue in the original support case, preserve the current status and ask which action remains required. Do not share bank credentials, one-time codes, a wallet seed or a private key.
