Your counterparty is another player
The official P2P guide says users trade with other users rather than website bots. Regular listings and auction listings do not follow identical delivery windows. Use the time displayed on your pending trade instead of relying on a single time limit quoted in an old guide.
For a buyer, the practical record is the selected listing, the trade reference and the remaining time. Keep that page available while checking Steam. Treat an unrelated incoming offer as a separate event, even if it arrives while you are waiting for this withdrawal.

A lower coin balance does not prove delivery
CSGOEmpire’s charging guide says a withdrawal or bid removes coins immediately. It describes returning the coins after an outbid or failed trade. This explains why a balance change can appear before an item arrives; the balance and the Steam delivery record answer different questions.
If a request fails, record the failure status and the balance movement together. Avoid creating several new requests just to see whether one succeeds: that makes it harder to match each coin movement to its original request.

Check the details that made you choose the item
The operator specifically calls out float, stickers and pattern as details to check. Compare them with the listing before accepting. An item with the correct broad name can still differ from the one you selected.
Our suggested evidence pair is a screenshot of the listing and a screenshot of the offer details. Mark the actual mismatch in plain language. “Wrong sticker placement” or “Different pattern from the listing” is more precise than “The item is wrong.” Keep the offer ID with those screenshots.

Use the deadline shown on the trade
The P2P instructions say to dispute a missing or incorrect offer before the displayed deadline. Do not accept an incorrect offer to finish the process and then rely on a later complaint. If a correct offer becomes available after a dispute, follow the current dispute-resolution instructions.
Seller payout accounting is another stage. Official articles describe different seven- and eight-day periods in different contexts, so this guide does not promise one universal delivery or payout time. For your request, use its live status and ask support which stage is still pending.
