Identify what the multiplier applies to
A requirement can refer to the bonus only, a deposit plus bonus, or another stated amount. The multiplier alone is incomplete. Find the base in the actual promotion terms and retain the version displayed when you accepted the offer.
For a hypothetical $20 bonus with a 10× bonus-only condition, the arithmetic is $200 of eligible wagering. If the same example applies to a $100 deposit plus the $20 bonus, it becomes $1,200. These are illustrations, not an offer available on StrikePot or a prediction of cost.
Check which actions count
Read any game-contribution rules, expiry, maximum stake, eligible countries and account conditions together. A headline reward does not establish the amount that can be withdrawn. An excluded game or expired condition may be a different issue from a code being refused.
If a calculation appears wrong, ask for the recorded qualifying amount, counted activity and remaining requirement. Keep the promotion name and screenshots with your account history. Do not rely on another site’s generic bonus article to resolve a service-specific condition.
Ask what happens if you decline or cancel
Before continuing, ask the operator how cancellation affects each part of the balance. Do not assume that deposited funds and promotional funds have the same treatment. Preserve the written answer and any acceptance terms relevant to your case.
Wagering volume is not a forecast of loss or a route to guaranteed profit. There is no strategy in this guide for recovering money through additional play. A payment or verification problem belongs with the original transaction and official support.
Use the source within its scope
The Gambling Commission’s transparency guidance concerns Great Britain. It explains why clear conditions matter, but it does not establish a universal rule or a right for every operator and country. For your own promotion, use the operator’s current terms and the official channel that handles your account.
