THE KEY POINT
Record the error before changing anything. A failed code is not a reason to deposit more.
01
Save the message and context
Write down the partner, exact code or link, error text and time zone. Keep the official promotion page with the record. A screenshot of a banner and a screenshot of a rejection show different things; save the one connected to your attempt.
Remove passwords, sign-in codes, full payment details and recovery information from anything you share. Do not send another person a login confirmation to have a code “fixed”.
02
Match the problem to a useful question
- Rejected code: compare the recorded spelling and ask whether the promotion is current.
- Existing referral: ask whether the account is already attributed and whether changes are permitted.
- No code field: ask whether the current method uses a URL or a manual field.
- Country or eligibility message: ask which written condition applies; do not bypass it.
- Accepted code with no reward: ask what outcome was recorded and which condition remains.
03
Avoid turning one problem into another
Do not create duplicate accounts or make repeated deposits to diagnose a promotion. Do not assume a different Steam login, referral link or browser will erase an account restriction. These changes can make your account history harder to explain.
If you cannot find current terms, ask for them before proceeding. A directory’s old banner, an influencer’s video or a working code reported by another user does not establish your eligibility.
04
Ask one precise question
Use the partner’s official support channel. Start with: “This is the code or referral method I used, this is the exact message, and this is the promotion page. Which condition applies to my account?”
Each StrikePot partner guide includes a copyable starting message. Replace the brackets and review it before sending. StrikePot does not submit a support ticket or resolve an account decision.

Need the details for a particular website?
The code directory records each partner’s code, referral method and offer status. Use the relevant partner page when your question also involves one of those details.
Partner pages may include affiliate links. A listing does not confirm a reward or account eligibility.
