THE KEY POINT
A debit proves that money left one account. It does not, on its own, show that the casino credited the matching deposit. Trace that single payment before sending another.
01
Follow the missing deposit through each stage
Public BC.Game reports include fiat payments marked paid by a bank while the casino order remained failed or uncredited. Some reports concern INR payment providers; those do not establish the behavior of every region or cryptocurrency deposit.
BC.Game’s own deposit articles distinguish payment confirmation from the platform’s balance update. Start with the exact domain you used, payment method and deposit order. Record both sides of the mismatch: what the sender says and what the casino says. Keep the amount in its original currency so a conversion does not obscure the payment you are asking support to trace.
02
For bank or provider payments, retain the order reference
Save the bank or provider reference, payment time with timezone, amount and the casino’s order number. If the bank shows a pending debit, preserve that wording. If it shows completed but the casino shows Failed, put those two statuses in the first sentence of your request.
Ask whether the payment was received, rejected, awaiting reconciliation or returned, and request a trace for the same order. A screenshot alone can omit the reference support needs. Do not publish a full bank statement in a review or chat group. Keep private proof for the verified support channel and share only the fields needed to identify the payment.
03
For crypto, match the address, asset and network
The operator’s cryptocurrency guidance points to confirmation status and the selected network. Compare the transaction’s destination with the deposit address shown for that asset and network. Retain the hash, amount and public explorer result; a sending-wallet screenshot cannot replace the chain record.
If the transfer is confirmed on the matching network but the balance is absent, ask support to locate that hash in its deposit records. If the network or address does not match, describe the mismatch directly. Recovery is not established by a confirmed transfer, and no support agent needs a wallet seed phrase or private key to examine its public hash.
| Fiat payment | Casino order ID plus bank/provider reference |
|---|---|
| Crypto payment | Hash, asset, network and destination |
| Both | Amount, timestamp and current casino status |
04
Do not use a second payment to troubleshoot the first
Sending again creates a second transaction; it does not explain where the first payment went. Keep a single timeline and identify the affected order in every follow-up. If support says a refund or return has been initiated, request its reference and the payment route so you can check the correct account.
Reach help from the BC.Game account or official site. The reviewed blog’s “Complaint Resolution Center” link led to a search page, so it is not treated here as a working complaint form. When an estimate passes, follow up with the existing reference and ask which stage is still unresolved.
BEFORE YOU CONTINUE
Quick checklist
- Record the exact domain, currency and payment method.
- Keep the casino order and sender reference together.
- Check the correct crypto network where relevant.
- Trace the original payment before considering another.
Official help and player reports
Operator documents explain the published process; public player reports explain why this topic was selected. The troubleshooting sequence is StrikePot’s editorial advice.
- BC.Game: deposit not credited
- BC.Game: deposit confirmation pending
- Player reports: BC.Game payment issues
Public reports are self-selected accounts, not a measurement of how often a problem occurs or proof of its cause. Account-specific decisions require the operator’s response. No login, deposit, withdrawal or verification test was performed.
