Rollbit KYC Pending or Declined: Checking a Delayed Withdrawal

Check Rollbit verification status and withdrawal history separately. Learn when its help page recommends a support follow-up and what references to retain.

3 min read

THE KEY POINT

Rollbit recommends contacting support for declined KYC or a pending check exceeding 24 hours. That is a follow-up threshold, not a promise that funds arrive within 24 hours.

01

Open verification and withdrawal history separately

Public Rollbit reviews include delayed withdrawals accompanied by account-ownership or verification questions. The reports do not show the internal reason for every hold. A rejected payment, a pending identity check and an inaccessible account should not be collapsed into one diagnosis.

Record the status in Profile’s verification area, then the status of the particular withdrawal in payment history. If the account is inaccessible, save the notice and time rather than guessing what either screen would show. Your first support message should explain which record you can actually see.

02

Use the published 24-hour threshold correctly

Rollbit’s KYC article directs users with declined verification, or a pending check lasting more than 24 hours, to support. It describes multiple levels requested according to the account. A level number alone does not tell you which document support is waiting for.

Note the submission time and current level. If declined, include the reason displayed; if pending, include how long that status has been visible. Ask whether the submission was received and what action remains with you. A support follow-up may clarify the queue, but the published threshold does not guarantee approval or a withdrawal completion time.

03

Resolve an incorrect detail or failed camera step

The official guide emphasizes accurate personal details and a device with a camera. It also says previously entered details cannot simply be revisited in the flow. If you made a mistake, identify the field and ask support how to correct it before creating conflicting submissions.

For a camera failure, record the device, browser and exact step that fails. Check that the requested camera permission is available, then report whether the flow reaches submission. Use the verification route opened from the official account. Never send a password or authenticator code as proof of identity. Keep personal documents out of public complaint attachments.

04

Check whether the withdrawal has a chain transaction

Rollbit’s withdrawal article points to withdrawal history for status and transaction information. If a hash is provided, compare the destination and confirmations on the appropriate public explorer. If no hash is shown, ask whether the request remains internal or whether a transaction reference can be supplied.

Keep an account-review question separate from a network question. Write the withdrawal reference, currency, amount and latest status, then ask what is preventing the next step. Retain a support reply that names a document or account check. Do not assume another reviewer’s alleged reason applies to your account, and do not open a replacement account to bypass the review.

BEFORE YOU CONTINUE

Quick checklist

  • Save verification level and withdrawal status independently.
  • Follow up on declined KYC or pending KYC beyond 24 hours.
  • Ask how to correct an incorrect submitted detail.
  • Use a transaction hash only if one has been issued.

Official help and player reports

Operator documents explain the published process; public player reports explain why this topic was selected. The troubleshooting sequence is StrikePot’s editorial advice.

Public reports are self-selected accounts, not a measurement of how often a problem occurs or proof of its cause. Account-specific decisions require the operator’s response. No login, deposit, withdrawal or verification test was performed.
