Rain.gg’s reward page separates daily, weekly and monthly rewards from stacked daily. A reward countdown is not the same thing as a referral bonus being activated.

Start with the reward you are looking at
The public Rewards page presents several systems on the same screen. Daily, weekly and monthly rewards have claim timing; stacked daily has its own mode. First-case eligibility and affiliate deposit promotions are additional questions, not alternative names for that same countdown.
Before contacting support, note the heading of the reward panel and its displayed state. “Daily reward unavailable” is useful only if support can tell whether you mean the regular daily panel, stacked daily, a case or an affiliate offer.

Daily timing differs from the calendar periods
Rain.gg describes daily rewards using a rolling 24-hour period. Weekly and monthly availability follow the end of their global periods. A timer changing on one panel therefore does not necessarily mean another panel should be ready.
Record the last claim time and the remaining countdown from the same panel. If the page uses a date or reset time, copy the timezone when it is shown. This is a timing check, not a reason to make an extra deposit or place more bets.

Check the consequence before switching modes
The reward instructions describe cooldowns around switching reward modes. A claim followed by a mode change can affect when daily rewards become available again. Read the switching message before confirming and retain it if the next state is unexpected.
Our useful comparison is three snapshots: the mode before switching, the warning displayed during the change and the resulting timer. They establish what happened more clearly than a screenshot of the final disabled button on its own.

Cases and referral offers have their own conditions
The first-case instructions refer to a linked Discord account and Bronze V, or Free-to-Play activation. Those checks do not establish that an affiliate deposit bonus was applied. The live page reviewed here uses Treats and a Treat Shop; older search snippets may still use different reward names.
For a missing reward, ask which condition remains unmet for that specific panel. Keep promotion questions on the separate Rain.gg code page linked below. Do not treat a rank requirement, an example reward or a past campaign as a guaranteed payout for your account.
