THE KEY POINT
Duelbits’ usual KYC estimate does not cover every AML review. First establish which process support is referring to and whether your documents were received.
01
Three similar messages can describe different processes
Public AskGamblers cases describe verification errors followed by withdrawals remaining in processing. These reports helped select this guide; they do not prove that every pending Duelbits withdrawal has the same cause.
The operator separately documents KYC submissions, withdrawals flagged for manual review and anti-money-laundering checks. Its KYC article gives a usual confirmation estimate of up to 24 hours. Its AML page describes a wider range that can extend to days or weeks. Ask which process is active before treating the shorter estimate as a missed deadline for a different review.
02
Confirm that the verification provider received the upload
An error in the verification flow is different from documents accepted for review. Record where the error appears and whether there is a submission receipt or pending status. Save the exact message, time and browser information, then ask whether the provider has a usable submission.
Duelbits’ ID-photo instructions call for clear original color images, complete document edges and a valid document. Follow the request for that document type rather than replacing a failed ID photo with an edited screenshot. If your upload keeps failing, ask for the supported recovery route instead of repeatedly submitting the same image.
03
ID-photo rules and AML evidence rules have different scopes
The reviewed KYC photo article rejects screenshots for identity-photo submissions. The newer AML article allows certain digital documents and uncropped screenshots as evidence. These instructions are not interchangeable: a payment record requested for a funds review is different from the photograph used to identify you.
Request the document type, acceptable format and official destination for the current stage. Keep the original request with the submission date. Duelbits’ AML page identifies registered email and official support channels, and warns against social-message verification requests. Do not send identity or financial documents to someone who approaches you on Telegram or Discord.
04
Locate the payment independently of the document review
For the affected withdrawal, retain the amount, currency, request reference and displayed status. Look for a blockchain transaction hash. A request still under internal review has no chain confirmation to troubleshoot until the operator says it has been sent.
Ask a focused question: “Which review remains open, is anything missing from my submission, and has withdrawal [reference] been broadcast?” Keep the response in the existing case. If support supplies a new estimate, record what stage it covers. Additional deposits or wagers are not a way to diagnose a document or payment hold.
BEFORE YOU CONTINUE
Quick checklist
- Distinguish uploader failure from a received submission.
- Ask whether KYC, AML or a payment review is pending.
- Use document instructions for the requested evidence type.
- Keep withdrawal status and a chain hash separately.
Official help and player reports
Operator documents explain the published process; public player reports explain why this topic was selected. The troubleshooting sequence is StrikePot’s editorial advice.

Public reports are self-selected accounts, not a measurement of how often a problem occurs or proof of its cause. Account-specific decisions require the operator’s response. No login, deposit, withdrawal or verification test was performed.
