THE KEY POINT
Identify the decision being questioned: a document request, a payment hold or a bet settlement. KYC completion alone does not settle every other account dispute.
01
State which action is blocked
Public Duel.com reports describe withdrawals restricted around verification and disputes involving account rules. In a May 2026 response, Duel said it had unlocked withdrawals while maintaining that account rules had been breached. Other reports and operator replies disagree about the status of funds. Those disagreements are not findings that establish either side’s claim.
Name the issue you need resolved: an incomplete verification check, a withdrawal request, a suspended account or a disputed bet. If several apply, give each its own reference and date. An unsettled bet and a withdrawal already requested are different records, even when both affect the balance you can see.
02
Ask what is missing from the verification request
Duel.com’s terms, dated 27 January 2026 when reviewed, allow verification before a withdrawal. They also address account ownership and use. This means a verification request can occur at withdrawal; it does not establish the reason for a particular restriction or justify assuming that another reviewer’s case applies to you.
Keep the exact request, submission route, documents requested and status after submission. Ask whether the documents were accepted and whether another review remains open. If a message invokes a rule, ask for the provision and transaction it concerns. Do not open another account, share access or use a workaround to evade the restriction.
03
Separate withdrawal history from bet settlement
For a payment issue, retain the withdrawal reference, amount, currency, destination and any transaction hash. For a bet dispute, retain the bet ID, event, settlement status and the notice about cancellation or adjustment. Keep a balance screenshot with a timestamp so it can be matched to those records.
Ask whether the withdrawal is still internal, has been sent, was cancelled or cannot proceed because of an identified account check. For a disputed bet, ask what decision was made and when. An identity approval should not be described as proof that the operator also approved every bet settlement or payment request.
04
Use the official complaint address and one chronology
The reviewed terms list support@duel.com for complaints. Reach live help from duel.com itself when needed, and verify the destination before uploading identity records. Similar-looking domains and pages describing themselves as independent help services are not substitutes for the operator’s channel.
Write a short chronology: request, document submission, restriction notice and last reply. Ask for the status of each affected reference and whether anything remains required from you. Retain a response even when you disagree with it. If the operator says access has been restored, check and document the current status rather than continuing to describe the original restriction as unchanged.
BEFORE YOU CONTINUE
Quick checklist
- Identify withdrawal, account and bet issues separately.
- Save the exact verification request and submission status.
- Ask which rule and reference a restriction concerns.
- Retain operator replies and subsequent status changes.
Official help and player reports

Public reports are self-selected accounts, not a measurement of how often a problem occurs or proof of its cause. Account-specific decisions require the operator’s response. No login, deposit, withdrawal or verification test was performed.
