Check the inventory before reporting a deposit problem
RustyPot’s FAQ asks readers to check inventory visibility, eligible items and the inventory refresh when items do not load. It also suggests waiting before contacting support if the basic checks are correct. A blank site inventory does not by itself show that a skin has left Steam.
First identify which side is missing the item. If it is absent from Steam too, inspect the Steam trade history. If Steam still shows it but RustyPot does not, report the site inventory state with the item name and the refresh time. These two reports need different evidence.

A saved trade URL must still be valid
The public RustyPot interface warns that an invalid trade URL prevents it from sending offers. Use your own current Steam trade URL and save it in the appropriate site setting. If you recently generated a new URL, an older saved value deserves attention.
Do not publish the full URL in a community chat or screenshot. For a support report, it is usually enough to say when you last updated it and include the request or game reference. Follow the service’s private instructions if support needs more information.

Use the recorded round, not only the animation
The FAQ describes a link to the winning offer and a profile history route for resending a cancelled offer. Its support instructions ask for the game ID when a round has a problem. Check the current profile and Steam offer state before assuming an item has been delivered.
Write down whether the offer is pending, accepted, expired or cancelled. If a resend is offered, keep both the original reference and the new one. This makes it possible to explain a duplicate-looking offer without guessing which request it belongs to.

Grub Bucks and referral codes are different records
The public interface describes a third-party Skinify route for depositing other games’ skins into Grub Bucks. It also displays a separate Referral Code claim field. A payment promotion shown in the Skinify or gift-card panel does not establish the reward for a referral code.
RustyPot’s Support page directs users to its official Discord and a private support ticket. Open that route from the operator’s own page, include the affected game or payment reference and say which balance or item is missing. The partner page below records the code and the separate offer status.
