THE KEY POINT
Choose the payout method first. An Interac claim email, an internal account review and a cryptocurrency network confirmation have different next steps.
01
Name the method before describing the delay
Public Rainbet reviews include verification resubmission problems and additional account checks around withdrawal requests. These are reasons to examine verification status; they are not evidence that every missing Interac payment is a KYC problem.
Write the method, amount, currency, request time and current status. Rainbet’s timing article describes a typical internal processing estimate of 5–15 minutes, followed by method-specific steps. Treat it as the operator’s estimate, not a guarantee. If the request shows an account restriction, identify that notice separately before chasing a payment email or blockchain confirmation.
02
For Interac, check for both emails
The operator says Interac withdrawals without autodeposit involve a payment link and a separate password email. Its transaction-help page suggests searching for Gigadat or Interac, checking spam and trash, and checking whether the mail app has grouped messages into one thread.
If one message is missing, tell support which one you received and when. Reach the claim route through a verified message; do not share its password publicly. If the emails still cannot be found, ask support to trace the request. The help page describes cancellation through the processor with an estimated 1–3 business days; ask whether that action actually applies to your case.
| Interac | Autodeposit setting and which email is missing |
|---|---|
| Crypto | Asset, network, destination and hash if supplied |
| Account check | Verification level, notice and last request |
03
For crypto, separate processing from network confirmation
A withdrawal with a transaction hash can be checked on the appropriate chain. Compare the network, destination and confirmation state with the payment request. A request with no hash needs an internal status answer from Rainbet before a network explanation becomes useful.
If the destination or network is wrong, preserve the record and contact official support promptly. A confirmed transfer to the wrong address is not fixed by sending another transfer, and the reviewed documentation does not establish a refund for it. Do not give a helper your wallet seed phrase, private key or login code.
04
Check the account requirement for the selected method
Rainbet’s KYC page states that Interac requires level-two verification and a verified email. It describes cryptocurrency withdrawals as normally not requiring KYC, while allowing additional account checks. “Crypto” should therefore not be treated as a promise that verification can never be requested.
If asked for documents, keep the request and upload status with the withdrawal reference. Ask which check remains incomplete and whether the payment has been released. Continue in the same support case with the exact method-specific evidence. A second deposit or withdrawal does not establish what happened to the original request.
BEFORE YOU CONTINUE
Quick checklist
- Record the payout method and exact status.
- For Interac without autodeposit, check both messages and grouped threads.
- For crypto, retain the hash and matching network.
- Ask about a verification hold separately from a payment delay.
Official help and player reports
Operator documents explain the published process; public player reports explain why this topic was selected. The troubleshooting sequence is StrikePot’s editorial advice.

Public reports are self-selected accounts, not a measurement of how often a problem occurs or proof of its cause. Account-specific decisions require the operator’s response. No login, deposit, withdrawal or verification test was performed.
